PROGRAM NOTES

PIVOT will present two works for saxophone, French horn, and means fixed his debut album, "terraform". Liquefact Graeme Rosner was written to capture the constant movement of the ice and the water. The work is from the trickle of a stream to the mighty force of a glacier. Gone Tomorrow, of Jenni Watson, is a response to the debate on climate change and, in particular, on the coastal erosion in parts of the east coast of the united States. The sense collective of which we are not doing enough to respond to this situation causes an increasing anxiety and the desire to take a step forward, every one to his own way.
